He is having 16 year work experience in the field of Health and Developmental sector. Work experience in programme management and Planning with various International, national and state level organizations.
Nitesh Bhargava is honourer founder member. Nitesh received his B.Sc. Degree from Holkar Science College Indore and has done PG in Public and Hindi Literature from Arts and Commerce College Indore. He is an ASP in Police Services. He regularly writes social and motivational articles in the national newspaper. He is passionate to works for women empowerment and various social issues.
Rajendra Mukati is honourer founder member. He did his MA from Political Science and LLB from PG College Barwani. He is skilled and experienced in the field of law. He has a firm in the legal field. He has more than 25 years of legal advocacy experience.
Dr. Manish sen is honourer founder member, currently working with health department. He is having experience in planning and management of health program and he is honourer working with various grass root organisation in IEC and folk media.
(Consultant -Strategy and Development) Pranjali, hold postgraduate degree in social work also MPhil in sociology from Dr. B.R Ambedkar University of Social Science -MHOW. She is having 15 yr of experience in research and project development. She is advit Chess player, had represent state in national level. She works on strategy for the organisation and looks project development and documentations.
Senior Program Manager (Operations) He is MBA in Marketing from DAVV Indore, having 7+ years’ Experience in the field of Social sector and Skills development. He has experience in project management and monitoring, Social mobilizing, and project planning. Before comes in Social sector he had 9+ Years of Professional Experience with the Sales & Marketing Department of leading Media houses in Advertising field. He had dealing with Niche Clients, organizing events, implementing Business Promotion Schemes & dealing with advertising Agencies. He likes to read motivational books and loves to spend time with nature.
(Manager) He is MSW, having 10 + years experience in the Social sector in different project with Vikalp Samajik Sanstha. He is having very good experience in SHG and enterprise development. He likes to listen music and playing cricket.
(Manager) He is MA, LLB from Vikram University. He starts his social working after high school. Kishore is having rich experience of SGH Development and enterprise development. He completes many projects with Vikalp Smajik Sanstha. He is associated with Vikalp from 2011. He was national level player of Kabbadi. He loves to get fit and active body.
(Consultant -Medical Officer) Dr. Abhishek kumar Singh, done his MBBS from Rostov state Medical University (Russia) and MD in family medicine from SMBT medical college Nashik . He is having 4.5 years of experience in clinical as well as public health. Worked with hospitals like Delhi state cancer institute, Max healthcare and NGO like Ipas development foundation and Jhpiego India.
(Consultant -Medical Officer) Dr Manoj Pal done his MD physician (Equivalent to MBBS in India) from Rostov state medical University (Russia). He is having 3 years of experience in clinical as well as public health. He worked as a Medical officer in Express clinics pvt. Ltd. He loves to travel and listening to soft music.
